Phase 4+ — draft for businesses with the Sponsored Business Discord role.

1. Eligibility

Sponsored Business status is for legitimate UAE-operating businesses (dealers, workshops, gear retailers, etc.) approved by staff. False business representation is prohibited.

2. Permitted use

Submit business FSBO listings via Discord bot (motorcycles, gear, parts)
Participate in designated sponsored channels where offered
Identify as a commercial seller clearly in all listings

3. Business obligations

Valid trade/commercial licensing where required by UAE law
Honest advertising — no deceptive pricing or bait-and-switch
Compliance with consumer protection regulations
Clear business contact information
Staff may request verification documents before or after approval

4. Fees

5. Content standards

See Advertising Disclaimer. Sponsored content must be clearly identifiable as commercial.

6. Termination

Staff may revoke Sponsored Business status for rule violations, complaints, or failure to maintain licensing. Fees may be forfeited per agreed terms.

7. Liability

The Biker Collective is not party to transactions between businesses and customers. Businesses are solely responsible for their products, services, warranties, and legal compliance.
