By accepting listing rules in Discord (/accept-listing-rules) and submitting a listing, you agree to these terms.
You confirm that listing information is true to the best of your knowledge, you have legal authority to sell the item, and motorcycle listings accurately disclose salvage/crash history when applicable.
The Biker Collective provides a community listing service only. We do not handle payments, shipping, registration transfer, or dispute resolution between parties.
All listings require approval. Staff may reject, edit requests, or remove listings at their discretion. Approval does not constitute endorsement or verification.
If you opt in, approved listing content may appear on thebikercollective.com. You consent to public display of listing fields you submit.
Listings expire after 30 days unless renewed or removed. Expired listings are removed from Discord and website export.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE BIKER COLLECTIVE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM LISTINGS, TRANSACTIONS, MISREPRESENTATION, INJURY, PROPERTY DAMAGE, OR FINANCIAL LOSS BETWEEN BUYERS AND SELLERS.
You agree to hold harmless and indemnify The Biker Collective, staff, and volunteers from claims arising from your listings, sales, misrepresentation, or violation of these terms or applicable law.
Violations may result in listing removal, FSBO role revocation, VIP/sponsored privileges loss, or community ban.
