Phase 4+ feature — terms draft for when VIP monetization launches. Not yet active unless announced by staff.

1. Overview

VIP Membership is an optional paid tier supporting The Biker Collective. It provides community perks — not professional services.

2. Planned benefits (subject to change)

FSBO listing access (alongside or instead of free FSBO Approved path)
Priority or enhanced visibility for approved listings (if offered)
Access to VIP channels or features as announced
Community recognition via Discord role

3. Fees & billing

[To be defined: monthly/annual price, currency AED, payment processor, renewal date, auto-renewal policy]

4. Cancellation & refunds

[To be defined: cancellation process, refund policy, pro-rata rules, chargeback handling]

5. No guarantee

VIP status does not guarantee sales, event attendance, SOS response, moderation outcomes, or any particular community result.

6. Conduct

VIP members remain subject to Community Rules. Violations may result in VIP revocation without refund where permitted by law.

7. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VIP FEES ARE FOR COMMUNITY ACCESS AND PERKS ONLY. WE ARE NOT LIABLE BEYOND FEES PAID FOR THE CURRENT BILLING PERIOD FOR SERVICE FAILURES, EXCEPT WHERE REQUIRED BY LAW.
