By joining the Discord server, using the website, or participating in community activities, you agree to these terms, Community Rules, and applicable feature-specific terms (SOS, FSBO, VIP, etc.).
Membership is voluntary. Rides, events, and meetups are organized by community members. Participation is at your own risk. We do not provide professional guiding, medical, legal, or mechanical services.
The Biker Collective is a social community under development. We are not an emergency service, dealer, insurer, travel agency, or employer.
You are responsible for content you post. You grant us a license to display submitted content on Discord and the website (calendar, listings) as intended by each feature.
Staff may remove content or members at their discretion to protect the community. Decisions are final except where appeal process is offered.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE BIKER COLLECTIVE, FOUNDERS, STAFF, MODERATORS, AND VOLUNTEERS ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INJURY, DEATH, PROPERTY DAMAGE, FINANCIAL LOSS, OR DISPUTES ARISING FROM COMMUNITY PARTICIPATION, RIDES, EVENTS, LISTINGS, OR THIRD-PARTY INTERACTIONS.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the community operators from claims arising from your conduct, content, or violations of these terms.
